Posssfarm.com.au........The name of our business is close to our hearts & is in memory of my late mother, who's nickname was Poss (short for Possum). Alongside my father, 'Poss' built an amazing small farm in Balingup producing fruit, vegetables, meat, chickens & more!

Our Chickens & Quail are all housed in large predator proofed enclosures & the chickens free range regularly.

At Poss's Farm, we love our Sussex Chickens, they are a dual purpose heritage Chicken breed, producing 200-250 eggs per year.
Offering far more than just eggs & meat, our chickens are inquisitive, cheeky, friendly, & great with children.
Making them an excellent choice for a first time owner though to those more experience

We have a two different lines in our Sussex chicken range. We have our backyard line & our show quality line.
Having quality breeding groups from pure Peter Smith lines, down to quality pure breed back yard chickens. Allows us to cater for our customers needs.
We currently breed Speckled Sussex, Coronation Sussex, Buff Sussex & Light Sussex.
We believe in sustainable farming practises that prioritize the health and welfare of our Sussex Chickens & Japanese Quail, as well as the environment.
Our farm is designed to provide a natural and comfortable environment for our animals, with plenty of space to roam and access to fresh food and water.
Top quality feed is provided to allow for happy & healthy birds.
